I don't remember reading it anywhere but I'm pretty sure there was a question about it on the CFA sample exam? does anyone remember this or am I losing it?

what is a matching strategy? never heard of it...is it from an older cfa curriculum, or did i miss reading abt it...dont remember coming across laddering either
