Valuing a loss making brand

Anyone got any idea on how to value a loss making brand?

Could principals used to value a loss making company be used, and if so how is that generally done?

This situation is that the company is facing significant pricing pressure, has in the past and will going forward, and not sure what they will do yet. Market share has been dropping a lot too because there pricing is too high, and they cant get it down much due to high production costs.

Any idea on how to value this brand?

Why their production costs is high vs their competitors?
