GDP gross domestic product is the total market value of all domestically produced final goods and services for that year.
Estimation of GDP
1. includes goods and services
purchased by final users. Intermediate goods purchased for resell or for the production of other gooder? service are excluded to avoid double counting. Their value is in body of the value of the goods purchased by the ended user;
2. includes only goods produced during the current period and
3. excludes financial transaction and incoming transfers for example :
social security and welfare payments GDP only counts transaction that add to current production
