Question about convertible bond conversion, liability, equity, about

For convertible bond, if Stock Price > conversion price

we have to deduct the total value of convertible bond from liability, also do we have to add the total value of convertibel bond to the equity or just add the gain part.

这个问题应该是财务分析的时候，如何对可转换债券进行调整的问题。如果可转换债券转换为股权的话，应该将总的债务加到权益中去，这样资产负债表才平衡。
