I bought this from someone online for 20 USD, would like to share with everyone for free.

The examples are so blurry though, if anyone can figure out a way to fix it please let me know.

The easiest way I think is just to copy the page to a Word document and increase the brightness and contrast of it.  Can be better if you have Photoshop
