annual return填写求助

我递交了annual return，写了有23个月工作经验（我第一递交），但student home上显示，依旧是

PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE  
Performance objectives – you have recorded achievement of nine out of nine Essentials and 11 Options (you must achieve any four from 11 Options).（注意这里已经变成9个out 11了）

Work experience – you have recorded achievement of zero months out of 36 months of relevant work experience.（工作经验依旧是0）

然后我登陆回annual return，工作经验栏依旧是0，怎么填都是0！！！

请问有没有知道为什么？有没有人搞定过？谢谢啦
