2. Summary
Provide accounting and finance support in respect of handling accounts receivables, general ledger booking and so on. Assist General Manager to set up policy and optimize the internal control procedure.
3. General duties and responsibility
Cash Management
Accounting
Reports
Taxation and Government Affairs
Co-ordinate with other staff for external auditing business
Be responsible for any other responsibilities your immediate supervisor points out
4. Qualification
Familiar with accounting and tax policies and regulations
Good in MS Word and Excel
Good command of spoken and written English
Good analytical and interpersonal skills
Diligent, detail focused and responsible
Self –motivated and willing to work under pressure
5. Education /or Experience
Bachelor Degree or above with major in Accountancy or Finance
5 years or above in finance & accounting experience
5 years working experience in big 4 is a plus

Report to: General Manger
Responsibilities:
Preparing of the monthly accounts
Responsible for the budget, business and commercial planning
Manage the accounting and cost control
Make sure of the compliance with legal and statutory requirements Supporting to the local regional management in financial related projects
Implementing and ensuring adherence to internal controls
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above
Better from Ningbo
At least 5+ years' solid hands-on working experience in costing & operation accounting, preferably gained from both manufacturing industries and foreign trade company
Preferably experience in financial accounting & financial analysis
Strong analytical skills & critical thinking
Mature, independent, good interpersonal and communication skills and report writing skills with team work attitude
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
