Job Title: Management Analyst - Location: Shanghai, Beijing

Job Summary:
As a member of the project team, assists in the analysis and implementation of systems or business processes. Beginning to develop an expertise in a particular specialty, either technical or industrial, in addition to strengthening project management skills. Daily contact with client staff for information and data collection and participate in client meetings.

Job Responsibilities:
? Provide analytical support to project team(s);
? Conduct research and data analysis to support the team’s analysis and conclusion;
? Participate in smaller projects or segments of large projects;
? Coordinate with lower and middle level client staff and internal team to ensure opportune and quality project delivery.

Job Requirement:
? Excellent communication skill with strong team working spirit;
? Creative thinking methods in an analytical and logical way;
? Good presentation skills and time management capability;
? Enthusiasm to develop personal career development in the consulting environment;
? Good written and verbal English language skills and excellent communication skills;
? Be willing to travel in China and overseas.

1.    Management Analyst – IT,ERP; (preferred majors: CS, EE)
2.    Management Analyst – Strategy; (preferred majors: Management related, MBA)
3.    Management Analyst – Finance; (preferred majors: finance, economics, accounting, Human resources, Management related);
4.    Management Analyst – MES; (preferred majors: automation, CS, EE, Management related)
