Who does the Code and Standards apply to?
For example, if they’re asking a question about whether the brother of John Smith, CFA, violated a standard, is that possible or does it only apply to CFA Charterholders and Candidates?

I think it only apply to folks that related to CFA program

John’s brother is not a CFA member so he is not subject to the code and standards. If John has supervisory control over his brother, then I think he has a duty to ensure that the standards are carried out. But the brother himself is not subject….
