Anyone who has tried the online access and made notes to your ebook-Does it synchronize perfectly with the downloaded versions?
Mine is not, any reason?

longcfa, my understanding from technical support calls to Vital Source (and you may want to call them yourself) is that synchronization problems can occur if for instance, you make highlights and write notes at work and there’s an Internet firewall in place to prevent unwanted access to the office network.
Your best bet (speaking from my own experience in the past few weeks of having to rehighlight because of synch problems), and I markup my CFAI e-books virtually every day at either home or work, is to save a backup copy of your session and then e-mail that backup copy to yourself so that you can initiate your next session of highlighting at either home or work
