schweser tests v actual exam cfa, practice, material, studying

A friend who took the cfa level 1 exam six months ago asserted to me that the schweser practice material is harder than the actual exam. Can anyone opine on the extent to which that is accurate? I’m just curious since I’m studying the exams and qbank right now.

Harder than the actual exam? Dream on. Schweser has a ton of problems while the actual exam is more qualitative. It is a good study material but the actual exam is much more difficult/tricky

Per one of the instructor at Schweser, if you get 70% in schweser exam(BOOK 6)….you are good to go!!!

if the exam has questions that take as long to do as the schweser ones im screwed. im proceeding on the basis that the exam is easier. its making me feel better.
