Equity Income in Parent Company will be taxed?
Hi,
I have one unclear point about equity income.
I understand that if a company B using equity method for investment in Company A.
————-
equity income = ‘%Share owned on Company A’ x ‘Net Income from Company A’.
————–
This equity income will appear in Income Statement of Company A. Will this equity income be taxed again (note that is already been taxed at company B)? |
