Two quick, random ethics questions disclosed, referring, ethics, needed, actual

Hey, just a couple of last minute questions:
1) To what extent do referral fees need to be disclosed? Is saying “I do get a fee for referring you to this vendor” enough, or does the actual fee need to be disclosed?
2) Why is it okay to say that results are simulated, in a small-print footnote? I thought such disclosures needed to be fairly prominent.

I don’t think the actual value but you need to disclose why you get it and how it is calculated. - not sure just an opinion
second you need to disclose that too. of course small print leads to subjectivity, but I guess it’s ok. I wondered the same thing. it’s not a violation but I am sure it would be a recommendation to have it in bigger letters
