CFAI Ethics questions especially, planning, expected, written, likely

Do you think those item set questions are well written?
Some questions are very annoying and lack clarity.
What do they mean by ‘least likely’ be violated? It should be a violation or no violation.
Are we expected to read the author’s mind?
I know I am venting. If I pass, I am planning to burn these books especially the ethics one.

even m finding CFAI mock ethics Q weird……look more like reading comprehension thing than actual application of ur ethics knowledge.

Holy thread bump Batman. The last poster nailed it regarding how to describe the difficulty regarding ethics questions. They have to make the question ambigious or else they would be too easy.
