Universal IPS Responses thread, standards, positive, included

Considering how large a portion of the exam is based on the IPS, I propose starting a thread that lists out generic responses that can be included for any IPS question. I will get it started.
Individual:
Taxes: State tax rate, taxes are a drag on performance
Pensions:
Legal: Follow ERISA, prudence in decision making
Banks:
Return: Earn a positive interest rate spread
Endowments, Charitable Trusts, Foundations
Legal: UMIFA standards apply, prudence in managing the portfolio
Tax: Generally no concerns for tax issues (unless you have a donated company)
