CFA Mock PM Q30 interest

They said financed w/40% debt. But on interest expense they are using 50% debt.
Why?

CPK, that word is too big 4 me so I googled it lol.
So it was CFAI mistake? And should of said 50% on the question?

I think so. They probably meant 50% debt financing. CFAI is lazy. They basically recycled same mock/sample exams from last year. And they didn’t even bother to fix this mistake.
