Afternoon Mock error? solution, question, something

I checked the errata and did not find any mention of this, but question 6 in Ethics appears to contradict itself. Do you suppose it is an error, or am I missing something?
Statement 3 appears to be identical to what is described in the solution, yet the answer is that it is incorrect..?
On the topic, did anyone else find Ethics totally brutal in the Mocks? I got killed with them…

You should reread the answer. You can display factual information to check numbers, you cant have any ratings though.

I suppose my interpretation of ‘inconsistent’ is incorrect. I assume that it is consistent, being stricter than CFA guidelines. :-S Damn ethics questions…
