Next Level Registration on CFAI Site

everyone, register, already
What does everyone’s screen say right after they log in through the CFA Program Candidate Login link?
Mine says on the far right
“Now Available:
December 2008 Exam Results
December 2009 Exam Registration
Submit A comment about hte June 2009 Exam
Access your sample exam receipt”
I tried to register for December 2009 but it won’t let me, but does anyone else have this? Does this mean that I already know i f’ing failed again!?!?

According to the CFAI site, anyone who sat for the Level 1 in June is not able to register again (for L1 or L2) until the results are posted.
