2011 CFAI Mock Exam Morning Question 10 - Currency Swap Ques 2011, exchange, payments, question

I’m working on 2011 Mock Exam and I have a question related to question 10.
Looking at CFAI answer they are converting the present value of euro fixed payments in HK$ = .08639 x 9.96 = .8615.
How are they coming up with 9.96?
Nevermin - Didn’t see last sentence converting back the exchange rate - geez i’m burnt out.

Hi, in the sentence just above exhibit 2 they give the current exchange rate as HK9.96 per Euro.
