| If you do business with a Mutual Fund as an investment advisor, and they help pay for things such as seminars or reasearch for the advisor’s company, is this considered soft dollars arrangement? I am assuming it would only be allowed for research, and that a seminar they help pay for would not be allowed (assuming this is in fact considered soft dollars). |
