Q6 why not prospect theory? curicum Vol2 behavior page 48 selected, expected, choice, instead, different

in p .48. Q6, the answer is BPT. but i don’t know why, as I know BPT construct by layer, there is no layer in statement 6, instead I do see loss aversion, so why prospect theory is not chosen? how loss aversion is described in BPT and different form loss aversion in prospect?
my second choice is expected utility, why this one also can not be selected?
