Quick questions on the result email email, declared, correct, someone

Guys, Don’t want to scare anyone but:
- I hope the result they send by the email is 100% correct? They wouldn’t want to make someone happy and then take away the joy…
- What happens if someone revalidates his/her result and moves from fail to pass? Since it is a curve, would they fail some guys who were declared passed?

Pretty sure CFAI would not do that since it is due to their error plus amount of successful retabs would likely not move needle too much.

Passers are passers.  Doesn’t matter if CFA realized that 100% of the retab results in pass now.  It just shows that they didn’t do the correct job in grading the exam, and it would hurt their repuation even more to change the results of the members that passed.
I wouldn’t worry AT ALL if I were you.
