Last minute ethics question…let’s say you’re a portfolio manager, but you take a job as mayor (and are paid for it). Do you need to disclose it? In one place, the curriculum says you should disclose all sources of compensation and disclose any potential conflicts of interest. In another spot, it says that you don’t need to disclose it if it’s unrelated to the job and doesn’t hamper your performance. Which is it??
