Q 76?   Why is the compensation from subsidiary not counted as referral fees? He is giving advice on potential clients to subsidiary and then receiving annual compensation

hmm..under what circumstances compensation from subsidiries shoulf be counted?

how is that related?  for this question, why is compensation from subsidiry not counted as referral fee?
