Question bank CD(schweser) bought from Mumbai not getting in practice, material, getting, problem, service

I got level 2 schweser study material from Mumbai laxmi Book but it’s not getting installed and store people could hardly help solving the problem over the phone.Is there any other alternative to getting this practice questions other than buying from Schweser or any other service provider?I am located in USA and can’t even go personally to store for this.
