国外cfa论坛对这个说法是：
it is good for that someone is close to encourage them to brush up on their weak topics and go for it in December.
So the way I see it.
10----may want to look at CFAI doing a manual regrade
9 or 10...figure you had a bad day or were close....suck it up and register for Dec
6 to 8...take the next year buckle down and take it in June
5 or below..maybe not meant to be in the CFA program or need a lot more finance training.
Either way it is good to know since the scoring is nebulous anyway.
