Where do they get the market index return of 2.5%? when calculating style: S=B-M, B is given in exhibit 2 = 2.1%

long term risk free rate - wouldn’t you use that? when that is not provided - it would be 0.
but this is my guessing. send cfai an email and ask for clarification for the same.
