Reading 24: interesting, but waste of time? whether, similar, reading, although

I just finished up FRA and although I found reading 24 quite interesting I am questioning whether it was a waste of time for the exam (much like visiting this site but I digress). I’m obviously joking with that ladder, but I was wondering if any of you had similar thoughts after reading the final section of FRA
