[学习疑问] 请教一个ethic的问题 统计局, report, member, 用, 的

请问    cfa member在他的report里直接用从bank或者国家统计局的网站上面下载的数据，这些数据是事实统计数据。这种情况下member需要quote这些数据的来源吗
因为我清楚的记得有些数据或者information不用quote，可以直接用。但是现在做到的上面所述的题目又说要quote了。

   文中说"he often incorporate statistical data he obtained from the web sites of World Bank and Central Banks of the various countries into the body of his research reports, while not indicated the source of data."这里答案说是violation， 为什么呢

我同意这位朋友的观点，有些CFA的答案都是有问题的，包括mock 也会有些错误，道德以书上和handbook为参照标准
