Just another band 10 complainer management, another, equity

51%-70% alt inv, equity, quant,
<50% ethics, fixed income
I just came here to complain and feel better about myself. I must have really bombed ethics to not pass I guess. Do you think they won’t pass an individual if ethics is completely bombed? I’m ready to take this test down next year though!

I failed ethics <50 and passed….>70 on everything else. Ethics adjustment is overstated IMO. All the best for next year!

Band10complainer… I’m surprised you didn’t pass. I failed band 9, only less than 50% in Econ, 50-70% in everything except FRA where I was 70%+.
I’m annoyed because I’m the only one at my job who didn’t pass level II and I know I put in more work than at least one other person. Just not sure what to do from here : (

Band ten complainer. You were probably low end on equity.you should pass next year

I thought I dominated equity to be honest and that was probably my most surprising. I thought that and FRA were my strengths but who knows.

imo band 10 guys should appeal

I think you would have passed if you got 51-70 in ethics.  It is hard to pass with <50 in ethics, it is possible but you have to do GREAT in everything else.  If you look at scores posted there were some who passed with very poor ethics but they did very well in other areas.  If you had equity >70 you may have passed even with your ethics score.  Feel you, that sucks, I recommend qbank for ethics and get mp3 on soft dollar and ros and listen to them over and over.

I passed with <50 in ethics but i had the heavyweights in >70 like Equity, Corp, Derivatives and most likely a high 50-70 (so 15-16/24) in FRA
