I am wondering if anyone has ever taken the CFA while wearing Google glasses.  That person could go into an exam in Australia (the first time zone where the test will be given on test day).  That person could record everything on the exam, and transmit it to candidates in most other time zones.  That guy/girl could sell ‘subscriptions’ and make hundreds of millions of dollars.  All subscribers would have a huge competitive advantage and the pass rates would be like 95%, or whatever.  Arguably, the proctors wouldn’t be able to do anything about it, because that guy/girl would simply state that the glasses are medically necessary.  Just a random thought …

That person would get caught from selling subscriptions online.
Not to mention a lot of places like casinos and government buildings already banned Google glass. It’s only a matter of time, when it’s commercially available, when CFA test centres ban it as well.

That’s like saying, why don’t people just smuggle spy-type cameras in the room to film the exam? You can try it, but you won’t want to get caught (which you probably will be).
Anyway, Google Glasses are hardly discrete. They do not really look like normal glasses.
