原版书后面的解答看不懂。请老师们解释一下。

答案选C，在sell固定资产的时候，有G或者是L，就应该记录在I/S里面。但是在只做决定的是的gain是unrealized G/L。所以不确认

哦。那难道做决定的时候loss是realized G/L，要去确认？

loss的realized和unrealized loss都是要确认的。因为这个时候，这个资产已经是held for sale了

在固定资产里面有说到这个知识点的。这个是会计的谨慎人原则。

在exchange fixed asset里面，应该是固定资产的最后一个知识点
