请问老师选项A， minority shareholder perspective不应该是discount么？为什么是premium呢？

B肯定不对，the cost approach assigns the current acquisiton price to the company's assets.
A是讲如果以Minority的定价为基础，则如果有控制权的公司则要加一个Control premium.

那也就是说不管是否是少数股东。只要有控制权就要加一个control premium是这样理解么？
