when interest rates decrease , callable bond and noncallable bond ?

decrease, interest
when interest rates decrease , the value of the noncallable bond increases by more then callable bond.

這句話是對的嗎??

正确； 如果call strike price 远大于 bond market price，则两则价格涨幅相当
