2级关于定量的问题

今天做定量的题 1、已知F=157.699 significance of level of F =0 这个是不是可以解释为F算大且具有显著性水平？


2、t=1.591 significance of level of t=0.1123 难道不应该拒绝么？ 答案为什么是不拒绝呢 我越做越晕了 帮帮忙吧
