这里的WCINV答案给的是39+44-22-23=38啊？公式是WCI = increase in a/r + increase in inventory - increase in accounts payable - increase in accrued taxes and liabilities，这里的invinventory和AR都是decrease，为什么答案里就变成正的了？而且Inventory和AR的增加应该是减少WCINV啊，我的理解是WCINV=39+44+22+23.请各位大神帮帮忙，谢谢了

答案写的是正确的啊
Current Asset increase means you are using money to buy, which means a decrease in working capital.
On the other hand, your current liability increase means you borrowed money, which can be treated as an increase in working capital, thus, the net working capital changes is -39-44+22+23

Current Asset=39+44(計算WCInv不計入現金及約當現金。)
Current Liability=22+23
所以WCInv=Change in Current Asset-Change in Current Liability(計算WCInv不計入現金及約當現金。)
               =(39+44)-(22+23)
               =39+44-22-23所以答案是沒錯的。你會覺得是WCINV=39+44+22+23原因是你根本看錯表了，所以導致理解錯方向。
如果直接看資產負債表(Balance Sheet)的話，
流動資產
A/R:2007:474>>2008:513；INV:2007:520>>2008:564。兩個放在流動資產的科目是增加的。
流動負債
A/P:2007:295>>2008:317；Accrued:2007:76>>2008:99。兩個放在流動負債的科目是增加的。
最後你看現金流量表(Statement of CF)是對於NI中有NonCash的項目作修正，跟本題要計算營運資金(WCInv)比較容易弄錯正負符號。

你看錯表了，計算WC時本來就應該看資產負債表(B/S)。
你看現金流量表(Statement of CF)中的正負符號是對於NI中NonCash做修正用的正負符號又不是實際增減的符號表示。
如果直接看B/S的話答案是正確的。
