Should the answer be B. Negative convenant?
 
The book stated the answer as C. payment convenant, which wasn't mentioned.

hey Nathan, (btw r u the Nathan in GW?)

just check the Errata in the Schweser, i guess the key should be negative covenant. there is a mistake there.
