Curriculum volume 1 P25提到：Restrict special cost arrangements: .....No corporate issuers should reimburse members or candidates for air transpotation.这个应该是一个强制的条件。
但是P26 example 1：The company arranges for charted group flight from site to site.....
解答中提到：But taylor and the other analysit were not necessarily violating I(B). In general, when allowing companies to pay for travel and /or accomodations under these circumstances, members and candidates must use their own judgment---keeping in mind that such arrangements must not impinge on independence and bjectivity.
这个样的话，例子和原文就有些不一致。原文认为，公司不能为会员报销机票。而例子则放松了要求，认为只要会员的独立客观性不受损害，则可以接受报销。不知道应该如何应用这个原则？有没有朋友有高见的。
或者这个题的charted group flight有什么特殊之处呢？即便是有，例子说的很明白“when allowing companies to pay for travel ”。这是一个一般的判断，和charted flight不相关啊。
