今年12月的考试准考证什么时候能出来?

考前一个月在网上打印。关注网站上还有邮箱信息。

今天到官方网站去打印准考证，输入账号和密码之后，网页上出现：We detected an Error which may have occurred for one or more of the following reasons: The responsibility of user 'yanyan2009' does not allow accessing view 'FINS EPW Homepage View'.(SBL-DAT-00329) Return to Previous Page。

请问有没有人也出现过类似问题啊？是哪里出了错？我该怎么解决呢？请高手们帮我支支招啊！
