这里Stefansson不是 ederson的客户每，因为for the excellent returns generated in her account给了两个星期免费使用房子的gift么？

有什么冲突？又为什么不独立客观了呢？

本人e文比较差 也不知道是不是题目理解错误

这道题我是这么理解，least likely violates the CFA Institute Standard 。第一，应当向上级披露客户送礼物，揭露冲突、第二，要保持自己的独立性和客观性

不知道这么说，清楚点吗？

这道题其实有迷惑性

第四大项对于雇主的责任有三小项

一是对于雇主的忠诚，注意这项不涉及礼物的问题

这种客户的额外礼物是在第二款additional compensation里的。因此，他最有可能违反的是additional compensation——因为未披露，p75有类似的例子
