If the slope of the regression line is +1, the variables are perfectly positively correlated.

请问，这个statment 错在什么地方了？

perfectly positively correlated variables means:  all the points in a scattered x-y plan are strictly plotted on the regression line with slope equals to +1.  the statement is not sufficient, since it only said the slope of regression line.
