I am reviewing 6/5/10 Level I
I am using Kaplan Note, I am doubting an answer about Private Placement. Maybe Im wrong. What I wish is to share and discuss with u guys and absorb some from u. see following......
Compared 2 a public offering, a private placement of debt security LEAST has:
A. most liquidity and lower yield
B. less liquidity and lower yield
C. less liquidity and higher yield
I choose A, cause no liquidity at all for PP, the answer is C, which is absolute a right defi of PP, from my pt of view.

pay attention to understanding the question!
PP least has... so pp least has liquidity and thus relatively higher yield. A is right.
