关于putable bond 和callable bond的价值

同学们麻烦看一下这道题，答案是A，是不是错了？另外我不理解的是，putable at t=4 是四年后put吗？4年期的callable bond是4年内随意时间都可以call吗，是因为这个行使权利的时间不对等，所以答案是错的吗？
