虽然lecompte称compensation at topaz includes annual salary和bonus based on both the accuracy of he recommendations and overall profitability.到这里，应该没有violate codes
but下面topaz补充：天河extent to which research analyst compensation in general is dependent upon the firm's investment banking revenues,这里没有violate吗？

反正没有 directly related to investment bank 就可以 我是这么理解的
overall profit 应该允许

我根据直觉觉得和overall profitability是不对的。。。但既然人家答案这么说了，就算了~

in general应该还是个很含混的词，所以应该是没有direct关系。
