2012年7月大学毕业，请问，可以报2011年12月的CFA level 1考试吗？ 网站上说的本科最后一年指的是报名时处于本科最后一年还是指考试时处于本科最后一年？

可以报考2011年12月的一级考试，不过通过一级之后不能报考2012年6月的二级考试。因为考二级的时候需要毕业才能报考。
