本章讲解了CFO计算的直接法。直接法从利润表销售收入出发，调整资产负债表的相关项目，得到相应的现金流量。以下是直接法计算经营活动现金流量的总结。

直接法下经营活动产生的现金流量计算，分成五部分，分别是cash collections，cash inputs, cash operating expenses, cash interest, cash taxes，我们给处了详细的公式，按照我们给出的步骤，大家不难掌握CFO直接的法的计算。
