You took a lot of Q-bank tests / mock exams with pretty good scores, so I think you're ready.
作者: spartanag07    时间: 2011-7-11 15:13

Great scores I think you should be ready to kill this

You're too ready. You need to slow down to give the rest of us a chance :-)

I count 25 exams/Qbanks in the last couple of weeks. I think you're more than ready.

Good luck!!

I am getting similar results to yours - although i was a bit disappointed to have only 77% on the Vol 2, Exam 3, pm-session (put it down to the fact that Vol2 is supposed to be harder).

At this point, I am merely filling holes and hoping that on exam day I won't be making lots of stupid mistakes like overreading important information etc!

I am planning to study the rest of today, a bit tomorrow and a full day on Thursday, but am definitely taking Friday off! I think my brain needs a rest....

Do you have a job?

You're golden.

thats an awful lot of qbank, do you guys really find it that useful, I tried some qbank but it seems most questions in there are too easy or very unlikely to be asked on the actual exam

You are in a great position. Just keep cranking to the max this week and re-read Ethics again.

I've come to think that Qbank is overrated by many here on AF. I still think it is a very valuable tool, but a lot of people on here seem to think it is THE key to learning the material.

LOL, yes I have a job, but I took the 12th to the 29th off for vacation.

Nobody knows everything and you can always pick up an extra point of two by checking a new area of study. Two things I've gained over the last day or do:

1. Roy's safety-first formula
2. Renewable and non-renewable resources have different elasticities of supply. It's counter-intuitive, but definitely worth knowing.

Bumping this one more time for more opinions

I don't think they will. The higher pass rates can be attributed to the reduction of 4 choices per question to 3.

Think about this, say you know a little more than half (55%) of the questions, and then completely guess at random for the rest. Chances are, you will pass.

55% + (45% * (1/3)) = 70%

Also, you have to look at the people that don't really take this seriously. For example, a senior in college just doing this for the resume, but he's also juggling a full course-load and a part time job as well.

The high pass rate can also be attributed to the number of finance professionals out of a job who want to boost their resumes...

Hey man, that's exactly my situation.

Except for the "doing this just for my resume" part. I sincerely want to become a charterholder one day...
