I just got the kaplan notes from institute in my country and it has everything but I can't seem to find the Qbank online access .. can anyone tell me where can I find it?

had the same problem.
they usually will send you login information to the email address you registered with.
I had to call them and they set me up with a login/password, took 5 mins.
edit: Also look carefully at all the papers in the box, it could be hiding on one of those papers.
