Hi
I am looking for some self made notes for Level 2. I need them so that I can use them as a quick read on the subway and stuff. I know its not a substitute but the more I see material the more I remember them.

Dude, best self made notes are those you write yourself. Notes are really a paraphasing of the CFA text, and it's through reading the text and making notes that you learn material. Reading your notes just helps you to remember what you've already learnt.
But what you could try is the Schweser booklet which summarizes the CFA text. Can't recall the booklet name - search the Schweser site.

It is called the Secret Sauce. I think it is pretty helpful.
