How would one find out the value of an operating lease (to add to the market value of debt in the WACC calculation) if no information mentioning the op. lease was given in vignette and no rental expense appears on income statement? I cannot seem to figure out where the solution got the number for operating leases to add to MVD. There is dep. expense as well as interest expense, however, neither of these equal the interest on op. lease (also in solution, cannot seem to find).
